摘要
基于金相分析的原理,开发出一套适用于半固态合金的定量金相分析系统。该系统能进行粘连颗粒的分离,根据设定的阈值筛选并剔除取样过程中新生成的小颗粒,对初生固相颗粒粗糙边界进行平滑处理,进而实现半固态合金有效固相分数、初生固相颗粒大小和圆整度等微观结构特征参量的测量。实际应用表明,该系统测量误差较小,可以高效、方便地实现定量金相分析功能。
A quantitative metallographic analysis system was developed based on the metallographic principle. It can separate the connected particles, pick out and remove little particles according to the given threshold, and can smooth the boundary of particles as well. Therefore, the microstructure parameters of semi-solid alloys such as the effective solid fraction, particle size and shape can be measured with this system. Experiment results indicate that this system can be used to realize the quantitative metallographic analysis effectively and conveniently.
