摘要
研究了RE-B变质处理对高合金白口铸铁组织及性能的影响。结果表明,RE-B变质处理使合金铸铁奥氏体枝晶细化;改善了碳化物的分布形态,使碳化物呈团块状。变质合金铸铁的硬度、冲击韧性都较未变质合金铸铁的高,变质处理与合适的热处理工艺的复合作用,对改变合金铸铁碳化物的形貌,提高铸铁的综合力学性能效果显著。
The paper presents results showing the effects of RE-B modification on the microstructure and properties of a high alloy white cast iron. It was found that RE-B modification can refine the austenitic dendrite, improve the morphology of carbide from meshy to small lump-and lathing-shape distribution, and the hardness and the impact toughness are also higher than those of high alloy white cast iron unmodified. In addition, the combination of modification and heat treatment can change markedly the morphology of carbide and increase the comprehensive properties of high alloy white cast iron.
