摘要
基于光学测头特征点成像的单目视觉坐标测量系统是一种新兴的高精度、大尺寸、三维整体、在线测试系统,在现代工业生产中具有重要应用价值。为评价这种单目视觉测量系统的测量精度,对基于测量不确定度的评定方法进行研究。在对影响单目视觉坐标测量系统测量精度的主要因素进行深入分析研究的基础上,建立测量不确定度评定表达式,实现对测量系统测量精度的评定;通过测量试验对评定方法加以验证,试验证明测量系统的测量精度与分析结果相吻合。
Single camera vision coordinate measurement system based on characteristic point imaging of optical probe is a newly arisen high-precision, large-size, 3-D integrated on-line measurement system and has important application value in the modem industrial production. To evaluate the measurement precision of the single camera vision measurement system, the evaluation method based on measurement uncertainty is studied. The evaluation expression is constructed by analyzing the main factor s of measurement precision of the single camera vision coordinates measurement system, and the evaluation of measurement precision is realized. Measurement experiment is done to verify the evaluation method, and which proves that the measurement precision of the measurement system tallies with the analysis result.
