摘要
压缩机是空调的主要噪声源之一,对其声学性能进行研究和改善很有必要。通过基于有限体积法的数值模拟得到了压缩机储液器内湍流压力脉动特性。由于旋转活塞的影响,靠近压缩机吸气入口压力脉动最剧烈,沿着竖管至储液器腔体逐渐减弱。充分利用了两根竖管内流体相位差180°的特点,将双管吸气改为带有两个旁支的单吸气储液器。数值计算表明单吸气储液器内压力脉动明显削弱,声学试验表明单吸气压缩机总声压级降低了约1.2dB(A),验证了数值计算结果和理论分析的正确性。
As the main contributor to the overall noise level of air-conditioners, the noise from the compressor is essential to be analyzed and suppressed. The wall pressure pulsations of accumulator are obtained through numerical simulations based on finite volume method, which shows that the highest pressure pulsation locates at the inlet of compressor and the lowest pressure pulsation is in the cavity of accumulator. Then the flow velocity phase difference of two pipes is utilized and the single-pipe accumulator with two branches is utilized for replacing the two-pipe suction accumulator. Numerical computation shows that turbulent pressure pulsations are greatly attenuated. The noise measurement shows the 1.2 dB(A) reduction for the single-pipe accumulator, which validates the numerical calculation and theoretical analysis.
