摘要
人们往往视振动为有害的物理现象,而当人们一旦掌握了它的规律,便可有效地利用它为人类服务,自动机的振动送料、金属切削加工中的振动钻孔以及德国近几年研制出的小型纸张打孔机等都是振动有效利用的很好例子。受此启发,研究一种振动裁切的新机构,达到了提高纸张裁切精度、减少刀床工作冲击、节约能耗的目的。设计了具有振动裁切机构的切纸试验台,在试验台上对裁切不同厚度纸张过程中以不同频率激振时所产生的裁切力的幅值进行了精确地采集和处理,验证了振动裁切的可行性,寻找到了裁切的最优激振频率,大大减少了振动冲击,达到了预期目标。
Vibration is always regarded as a harmful physical phenomenon. Once the people have grasped its law, they may effectively use it to serve the humanity. Material transportation of the automata, vibration drilling in metal cutting and small-sized paper punching machine developed by Germany in recent years are all good examples of the effective use of vibration. A new mechanism is invented to enhance the paper-cutting accuracy, reduce the shock of the machine tool and save energy. A paper-cutting test bed with vibration cutting machine is designed. The amplitudes of cutting force generated by vibration at different frequency in cutting paper of different thickness are collected and processed precisely. The feasibility of vibration cutting is verified, the optimal vibration excitation frequency for paper-cutting is found out, and the vibration shock is reduced greatly. The anticipated target is achieved.
