摘要
随着技术的发展、社会的进步以及消费群体对产品感性需求的提高,以定性研究为主导的产品感性研究不能很好地适应产品设计的要求和消费者对产品的感性需求,因此消费者相应于产品感性的定量研究方法已越来越多地受到重视。依据聚类算法的特点,将调查所得到的数据进行聚类分析,寻找相近似消费群体的感性特性,并以此为基础建立产品设计的感性概念模型。以平板电视机为例,对上述方法进行实际应用探讨,具体方法是将平板电视机的设计元素分为多个层次,利用聚类算法将这些层次与消费者对平板电视机的感性意象相结合,并对其的形态、色彩等设计元素与感性意象进行聚类分析,探讨它们之间的相互适应关系,并推演出满足消费者感性的平板电视设计原型,以指导新产品设计与开发。
The relationship between the design elements of the product and the Kansei demands of the consumers cannot be accurately described by the qualitative analysis oriented products Kansei research. So the Kansei concepts model is presented in product design by quantitative analysis, which is used in the development of new products. In the model the design elements, such as form and color, are sorted into several levels. Based on sorting, the data from questionnaire are analyzed by cluster approach. Then the quantitative relationship between the design elements and the Kansei features of the similar consumers is obtained. The adaptive analysis is also carried through. As a result, the product design prototype which can meet the consumer Kansei demands is deduced. The model is validated by the example of the flat-panel TV design that meets the consumer Kansei demands.
