摘要
通过原位试验和分析,在一高层住宅地基处理中,应用水泥土搅拌桩处理具有软弱透镜体的圆砾层,并对其进行了沉降变形观测。具有软弱透镜体的圆砾层,经水泥土搅拌桩复合地基处理后,置换率为23%时,其承载力可提高约63%;置换率为11.6%时,其承载力提高15%―31%。经夹芯水泥土搅拌桩复合地基处理后,置换率为23%时,其承载力可提高约105%。其沉降变形量大幅度降低。
In this paper, the layer of gravel soil with soft lens is treated using the cement deep mixing piles (CDMP). The field observation is also carried out to investigate the settlement and deformation of the apartment. Results show that, after CDMP treatment, the bearing capaci~ of the gravel layer with soft lens increases 63% with the replacement rate of 23%, and increases 15%--31% with the replacement rate of 11.6%. In the case of concrete-cored cement deep mixing pile composite foundation, the bearing capacity of composite foundation can increase roughly 105% if the replacement rate is 23%, and the settlement and deformation is reduced significantly.
