布地奈德吸入联合西咪替丁治疗毛细支气管炎临床评价

Clinical evaluation on budesonide suspension inhalation combined with cimetidine in treatment of capillary bronchiolitis

目的:评价布地奈德吸入联合西咪替丁治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效及安全性。方法:将150例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为对照组、治疗A组和治疗B组,分别在采用综合治疗的基础上,加用布地奈德混悬液吸入或布地奈德混悬液吸入联合西咪替丁。结果:总有效率治疗B组与A组和对照组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01);喘憋消失、气促缓解、哮鸣音消失、湿啰音消失及平均住院时间治疗B组与A组和对照组比较明显缩短,差异均有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:布地奈德混悬液吸入联合西咪替丁治疗毛细支气管炎能增强疗效,缓解症状,缩短病程,提高治愈率,安全、有效、简便。

BOJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy and safety of budesonide suspension inhalation combined with cimetidine in treatment of capillary bronchitis. METHODS The 150 cases of infants with capillary bronchiolitis were divided randomly into control group, group A and group B. The complex group was treated with inhalation of budesonide suspension combined with cimetidine except for the routine therapy. RSULTS Total effect rate was remarkably different between group B and the rest two groups （P〈0. 05 ＆P〈0. 01）; dyspnea, wheezing sound and moist rales and hospitalization days was shorter（P〈0. 05＆P〈 0. 01）. CONCLUSION Inhalation of budesonide suspension combined with cimetidine has synergetic effect in treating capillary bronchitis which could enhance the curative effect, alleviate the symptom, shorten the course of diseases, and is safe and simple.
