摘要
目的:研究短跑运动员在大运动量训练后不同时相的细胞和体液免疫状态,以监控运动训练的科学性和合理性。方法:观察了15名青少年男子短跑运动员在一次性大运动量训练前后免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG、白细胞数及IL-1的变化,分析短跑运动员的运动训练水平。结果:大运动量训练后,运动员免疫球蛋白即刻有不同程度下降,而白细胞数和IL-1水平均有不同程度上升,但调整后各项免疫指标恢复。结论:采用监控运动员免疫指标变化的手段能客观、准确地评定运动员在运动训练过程中免疫状态的改变,为教练员及时调整运动员训练强度,保证训练的系统性和科学性提供依据。
In order to study the change of immune function of junior male sprinters after once high load training, methods: 15 Male junior sprinters are subjected to high load training. The indexes of lgG, IgM, IgA, WBC and IL-1 under three time points after training are analyzed. Results: After training, the above-mentioned indexes changes immediately and recovers after 24 hours. These changes may reflect the immune function of junior male sprinters. Conclusion: The results suggest that athletes' immune indexes can indicate their status during training and provide evidence to adjust their training load for the systematic and scientific training.
