摘要
从伦理学、社会学、教育学三方面阐述了研究体育教师行为失范的理论意义,并界定了体育教师行为失范的概念及其具体表现。根据法律法规、教师职业道德、教育目的对体育教师行为做出评判,探究体育教师行为失范的原因,同时提出控制对策。
From three aspects of ethics, sociology and pedagogy, the paper elaborates the theory significance of sports teachers' improper behaviors and has defined its concept and specific performance. According to legal laws and regulations, teachers' occupational ethics and education goal, sports teachers' behaviors are judged, and the causes of teachers' improper behaviors are inquired. Simultaneously, the control countermeasures have been proposed.
