摘要
本文采用自体骨髓体外高热联合干扰素净化方法．对1例慢性粒细胞白血病及1例恶性淋巴瘤病人行自体骨髓移植术。每毫升骨髓干扰素含量300U，骨髓处理温度控制在43℃，70min。水后骨髓造血未见延迟恢复。一例病人已恢复工作1.5年。提示该净化方法简单、有效．可在基层单位推广。
This essay presents 2 cases,one suffering from chronic granulocytic leukemia,the other from malignant lymphoid tumor, who received autologous bone marrow transplant (ABMT) with purgatation through combined hyperthermia and interferon, with the marrow temperature kept at 43℃ for 70 minutes. The hematopoiesis of the marrow was restored normal without delay after the treatment. The result shows that the combined purgatation is both effective and simple to perform.
