摘要
质量、成本、工期和安全达到综合优化是建设项目施工管理追求的目标。基于这个理念,文章针对目前建设项目施工管理中质量、成本、工期和安全四大目标之间相互割裂的现状,从系统论的角度出发,根据四大目标相互影响和相互依存的关系,建立综合优选模型,并通过实例对建设项目施工方案进行综合优选,确定出最终的施工方案。结果表明了这种方法具有一定的可行性和实用性。
To achieve the comprehensive optimization of quality, cost, time and safety is the major goal of construction project management. Based on this, thispaper analyzes the mutual separating situation of the four objects in the construction management. Also, from the view of system theory, according to the mutual effect and dependence relation among the four objects, we build the new trade-off optimization model. Through the examples of construction plans' comprehensive optimization, we obtain the final construction plan. The results indicate that the method is feasible and practical.
