摘要
样品经干燥粉碎,以硝酸-高氯酸混合液进行消化处理后,用火焰原子吸收光谱法首次分析了滇獐牙菜(S.yunnanensis)、川东獐牙菜(S.davidii)中的Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn,加标回收率在91.17%—104.5%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于3.7%,该法简单、快速、准确,结果令人满意。
The Swertia L. samples were digested by mixtures solution of HNO3 and HClO4. The metal elements of Ca, Mg,Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn were determined in S. yunnanensis and S. davidii by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The recoveries is in the range of 91.17%-104.5% and the RSD is less than 3.7 %. The method is simple,fast and accurate with satisfactory results.
