生长相关蛋白(GAP-43)是神经生长再生的一种标志蛋白,研究大鼠垂体前叶GAP-43的阳性分布,为进一步研究垂体前叶内神经可塑性创造条件.方法:免疫组织化学ABC染色法(硫酸镍铵加强法).结果:在大鼠垂体前叶有一定数量的GAP-43阳性神经纤维,其分布为周边较中央多,两侧较内侧部多.结论:垂体前叶内有GAP-43阳性神经纤维,表明其具有再生发芽的能力.
GAP-43 is a signal protein of nerve growth axonal regeneration. This experiment tells the distribution of GAP-43 immunoreactive nerve in the anterior pituitary of rat, in order to do something for the further research of the plasticity of the nerve fibers in the anterior pituitary. Method: Immunohistochemistry.Result: Substantial amounts of GAP-43 immunoreactive nerve fibers were visualized. The number of the fibers at the peripheral part is more, so is at the latteral portion of the pars distalis. Conclusion: The existance of GAP-43 immunoreactive nerve fibers in the anterior pituitary of rat suggests the ability of sprouting and regeneration of this peptidergic nerve fibers.
