摘要
用微波消解-ICP-AES同时测定饲料中钙、磷的含量,并与高锰酸钾法、钼黄分光光度法进行比较。结果表明,不同方法在精密度和加标回收率方面无显著性差异。前者操作简易,检测效率高,适用于饲料中钙、磷含量的同时测定。
Ca and P content in feed were simultaneously determined by microwave digestion- ICP-AES,compared with potassium permanganate and Mo yellow spectrophotometry as well. The differences of RSD% and recovery among the methods were not significant. The former method is simple and high efficiency,and can be used to determine the Ca and P content in feed simultaneously.
