摘要
检测肝硬变和肝细胞肝癌(HCC)中Bax基因产物及P53蛋白的表达并分析其间的关系.方法:免疫组织化学SABC法.结果:Bax蛋白定位于细胞浆中,P53蛋白定位于细胞核或(和)细胞浆中.Bax蛋白在肝硬变中和HCC中表达阳性率分别为96.2%和50%(P<0.01),P53蛋白在两者中的表达率分别为3.8%和30.9%(P<0.01).Bax和P53蛋白在肝硬变和HCC中的表达均有明显差异.结论:Bax表达减少或缺失和p53基因突变均与HCC的发生有关,但两者表达之间不一定存在依存关系.
To detect and analyze the expression of Bax and P53 protein in liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods: SABC (streptoavidin-biotin-complex) method. Results: In liver cirrhosis and HCC, Bax protein was located in the cytoplasm, P53 protein in the nuclei or/and cytoplasm. The positive rates of Bax protein in liver cirrhosis and HCC were 96. 2% and 50% respectively(P<0. 01 ); the positive rates of P53 protein in liver cirrhosis and HCC were 3. 8% and 30. 9% respectively (P<0. 01). The expression of both Bax and P53 protein was obviously different in liver cirrhosis and HCC. Conclusion: Both the decreases or deletions of Bax protein and the mutations of P53 were related to the genesis of HCC, but there might be no relationship between the expression of Bax and P53 protein.
