健康教育对消化性溃疡患者的影响观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨消化性溃疡患者的健康教育效果。方法将108例消化性溃疡患者随机分为观察组(54例)和对照组(54例)。对照组给予药物治疗和常规的出入院卫生宣教;观察组在药物治疗基础上采取综合健康教育措施。结果观察组患者的治疗依从性、Hp根除率、疾病治愈率均较对照组明显提高(P≤0.05);两组病例在健康教育前后的知识、态度得分差异有统计学意义(P≤0.05),但行为得分差异元统计学意义(P〉0.05);疾病远期复发率差异有统计学意义(P≤0.05)。结论对消化性溃疡病患者进行综合性健康教育,可明显提高疗效。 Objective To explore the nursing effect of health education on patients with peptic ulcer. Methoils 108 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into 2 groups:intervention group and control group. Each consisted of 54 samples and was given the same medication. Besides, the control group was additionally cared with routine heath education while the intervention group was given the comprehensive health education. Results Comprehensive health education reduced the course of hospital, alleviated symptoms of digestion and improved the peptic ulcer,while the routine heath education made no significant progress in either aspect. Differences of knowledge as well as attitude score was of statistical significance(P≤0.05) between before and after heath education were given except the score of behavior( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Comprehensive health education could significantly improve curative effect for the treatment of peptic ulcer.
