摘要
发展范式支配着发展方式。理论界对社会主义新农村发展范式的讨论,推动了农村发展,但也存在着种种误区。突破农村发展的制约就要确立新的发展范式。新的发展范式不仅要实现农村转型、农民素质提高,而且要特别重视农业发展,重视农村全面、协调、综合发展。
The development model is controlling the development way. The theory to the socialism new countryside development model discussion, impelled the countryside development, but has all sorts of erroneous zones. Breaking through the countryside development the restriction means establishing the recent development model. The recent development model must not only realize countryside reforming, the farmer quality enhances,moreover must specially take the agriculture comprehensively.ooordinated .comprehensive development.
