经皮给药电穿孔技术研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 目的综述经皮给药电穿孔技术的最新研究进展。方法查阅国内外相关文献。结果脉冲形态、脉冲电压、脉冲时间、脉冲数、脉冲能量等是促进药物经皮渗透的主要因素。电脉冲促进药物经皮渗透的机制主要是依赖新孔道假设理论,脉冲能量转移到皮肤,皮肤出现局部转运区(LTR s)结构变化可能是促进药物经皮渗透的直接原因,但还缺乏皮肤结构动态观察的直接证据,复合技术可以进一步提高促渗率。结论安全性、起效时间、药物渗透剂量是该技术面临的重要问题。
