内蒙古和林格尔地区沙地柏生化成分分析 被引量:4

摘要 对内蒙古和林格尔地区沙地柏中常量、微量金属元素、氨基酸、全氮、有机质及其生长土壤环境的含水量、有机质、全氮等进行了详细的测试分析.结果表明:植物中常量元素含量为Ca〉K〉Al〉Mg〉Na型;Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu等微量元素在植物体不同器官中含量顺序不同,叶中含量最多;叶片氨基酸总含量为5.20%;植物含水量:叶〉茎〉根;叶绿素含量叶中最多;根、茎、叶的碳氮含量比(C/N)分别是128、102和50.2;土壤含水量:40-50 cm土层〉20-30 cm土层〉表层土;土壤C/N比随土壤深度的增加而增加.对沙地柏及其生长土壤的生化成分分析结果,可为改善西部地区生态环境,选择优良的防风固沙树种提供可靠依据. A detailed measurement and analysis on the macroelements,microelements,amino acids,total-N and organic matter in Sabina vulgaris of Helingeer county of Hohhot as well as the water content,organic matter and total-N in the growth soil of Sabina vulgaris were performed.The results indicated that macroelements Ca,K,Na,Al and Mg belong to the type of Ca〉K〉Na〉Al〉Mg;The contents of microelements such as Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu are in different order in different organs of a plant,and the highest contents are in the leaves;The total content of amino acids is 5.20%;The order of water contents in a plant is leaf〉stem〉root;The content of Chlorophylls in leaves is the highest;The ratio of carbon content to nitrogen content(C/N) in roots,stems and leaves is 128,102 and 50.2,respectively;The order of water contents in the soil is the layer of 40-50 cm〉the layer of 20-30 cm〉topsoil;The deeper the soil is,the higher C/N ratio is.The results may provide reliable data and theoretical bases for improving ecological environment in west China and choosing fine tree species with wind-resistance and sand-fixation.
