摘要
本研究通过对比5种拮抗酵母在抑制葡萄采后病害中的效果,以及在正常葡萄表面的生长适应性,从中筛选出适合开发成生防制剂的种类。结果表明:罗伦隐球酵母和季也蒙假丝酵母的抑菌效果较好,从生长适应性方面比较,季也蒙假丝酵母最适合开发成生防制剂。
In this study, the biocontorl efficacies for postharvest diseases of grapes and growth adaptabilities on the grapes surface were contrasted among 5 strains of antagonism yeasts. Results showed that Candida guilliermondi and Ctyptocccus laurentii can effectively inhibit postharvest diseases of grapes. Candida guilliermondi is the optimum antagonism yeast to produce biocontrol preparation.
