摘要
随着高校招生和就业制度改革的逐步深入,一系列新问题摆在学生管理工作者面前。针对近年来高校学生工作中出现的重管理,轻教育;重显性安全,轻隐性安全;重活动,轻效果等问题进行分析,充分运用预警管理和激励理论,阐明高校应建立学生工作预警机制、激励机制和考评机制。
With the transition of economic system,the innovation of system in college enrollment and employment deepened gradually, a series of new problems are put in front of us. This article analyzed the research problems of college student affairs such as: emphasize management , omit education; emphasize dominantsafety, omit recessive safety; emphasize activity,omit result,ete,in recent years. And expounded the college should set up the mechanism of Student Affairs in advance waming , encouragement and assessment, using the theory of advance warming and encouragement fully.
