智能磁力轴承系统参数的静态设计方法

摘要 智能磁轴承是一种新型的磁力轴承,它凭借专业设计人员赋予的知识和经验,"在线设计"出轴承系统合适的控制参数,实现稳定的悬浮支承。针对在智能磁力轴承的实现过程中,智能磁力轴承的静态参数(也可称为固有参数或设计参数)及转子的静态参数(如质量、质心、附加质量)的识别、存储和传输技术进行分析,并给出一种以计算机中的PnP技术为基础的实施方法。 Intellectual magnetic bearing is a kind of new typed magnetic bearing. By right of knowledge and experience conferred by speciality designing personnel the controlling parameters suitable for the bearing system was designed on-line and the stable suspen- sion support was realized. In the realization process of the intellec- tual magnetic bearing, analyses have been carried out directly a- gainst the technologies of recognition, storage and transmission on static parameters (can be named as inherent parameters or desig- ning parameters as well) of intellectual magnetic bearing and static parameters of rotor ( such as mass, centroid and additional mass), and a kind of implementation method that takes the PnP technology in computer as a base was presented.
