摘要 研究一种电池自动分选装备。根据设计要求,结合厂家原有生产装备,进行实体建模和计算机仿真。文中首先根据机械手的运动规律建立几何模型,然后进行模型转换,最后进行运动学仿真和实体的分选仿真,为控制系统的研究提供了重要的理论依据。 A kind of automatic sorting equipment for batteries has been studied. In accordance with the designing requirements the entity modeling and computer simulation were carried out by combining with the factory intrinsic production equipments. The geometric model was firstly established in this paper according to the motion law of manipulator, and then the model transformation was carried through, and finally the dynamics simulation and simulations of entity and sorting were advanced, thus provided important theoretical basis for the study of controlling system.
