摘要
介绍了一种无杆活塞缸与浮动式四级力放大机构集成的气压传动系统工作原理和力学计算公式。该集成系统不仅可以实现力的多级放大,而且还可以实现力的双向浮动输出,即使两个方向的输出行程有一定误差,也能使输出力均衡,同时又能避免活塞与缸壁的过度磨损,延长气动元件寿命。
The working principle and mechanics calculation formula of a kind of pneumatic transmission system of the integration of rod-less piston cylinder with floating four-staged amplification mechanism were introduced, This integration system could not only realize multi-staged amplification of force but could also realize bidi- rectional floating output of force. Even if there exits errors to a cer- tainty of output travel in two directions, it could also keeping hal-ance of output force, and at the same time could also avoiding ex- cessive wear and tear of piston and cylinder wall, and thus pro- longed the life-span of pneumatic elements
