摘要
在总结城市土地定级估价实践经验的基础上，提出了城市土地定级估价软件系统结构设计的目的、原则及设计要点，探讨了系统内子系统的组成及功能．
ased on practical experiences in urban land classification and evaluation system, the purpose, principles and important point of organization design in urban land classification and evaluation system are derived.The components and its function of the subsystems have been discussed.
