Advances in DNA vaccines against hematopoietic malignancies

摘要 DNA疫苗能够诱导机体产生特异性体液和细胞免疫反应,基于血液肿瘤抗原而设计的DNA疫苗,有可能促进机体的抗肿瘤免疫应答能力,而消除微小残留病变,预防复发和延长无病生存期。 Specific humoral and cellular immune responses can be elicited by DNA vaccines. The DNA vaccines, based on hematopoiefic malignant antigen, may enhance the effect of anti-tumor immune responses, eliminate the minimal residual lesions, prevent disease relapse, and prolong disease-free survival.
