计算机虚拟成像在小儿困难气道评估中的应用

摘要 对于已知困难气道的患者,病吏和体格检查对于制定气管插管方案意义不大,更加详细地了解气道情况更为必要。虚拟成像是放射学的新进展,可无创评估气道情况。用它模拟形成的上呼吸道影像与纤维镜获得的影像相似。在此,报道1例高登哈氏综合征患者采用虚拟成像分析其此前插管失败原因的病例。 In a patient with a known difficult airway, history and examination may be of limited use in formulating a management plan for subsequent tracheal intubation. Further detailed and descriptive review of the airway is necessary. Virtual imaging is a recent advance in radiology that offers noninvasive airway assessment. It creates a movie dip image of the upper airway akin to the view obtained through a fiberscope. We present a patient with Goldenhar syndrome in whom virtual imaging was used to identify the cause of a previous failed tracheal intubation.
