摘要
对企业在技术创新扩散中的采用行为，本文以概率论为工具提出的一种解说能比较满意地综合解释各个方面的特征．
There are some different explanations related to the process by which an enterprise adopts a technological innovation.This paper puts forword a new explanation which can synthesize all those explanations.
