摘要
目的研究五鹤续断中总皂苷的提取分离工艺。方法以提取方法、提取时间和提取溶剂为因素,采用L9(34)进行正交实验。结果超声提取优于索氏提取和微波提取,甲醇优于乙醇和双蒸水。结论用甲醇作为提取溶剂,采用超声波提取1 h,总皂苷提取效率较高。
Objective To study the extraction and separation procedure of total saponins from Wu - He Dipsacus asper. Methods Orthogonal experiment was used with the optimum factors of extracting method, extracting solvent and extracting time, etc respectively. Rusults The results showed that ultrasonic wave extraction method was more efficient than the sorbite extraction method and microwave extraction method. Conclusion The optimum conditions are as follows:methanol as extracting solvent, ultrasonic wave extraction method and extracting time 1 hour.
