摘要
目的优选出牡丹皮的最佳产地加工方法。方法以丹皮酚为指标,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)色谱法测定不同产地加工方法样品中的含量,选用ODS色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(45∶55),检测波长为274 nm,同时测定不同洗涤样品中灰分和酸不溶灰分的含量。结果确定最佳产地加工方法为:将牡丹皮药材水冲淋后去除木心,然后直接晒干或40℃烘干。结论该研究为牡丹皮的产地加工提供了依据,并为其质量控制提供了有效的方法。
Objective To optimize the best method in the producing area of Cortex Moutan. Methods The contents of paeonol in Cortex Moutan collected by different methods were determined by HPLC, an ODS column was used with a mobile phase of methanol - H20(45: 55) and UV detector at the wavelength of 274nm. At the same time, the contents of ash and acid -insoluble.ash in samples washed by different methods were tested. Results The best processing technology was determined. We could wash the Cortex Moutan with water, abandon the core, and then dry them in the sun or in drying oven at the temperature of forty. Conclusion This study provides a reference to the collection and process of Cortex Moutan, and an effective method for the quality control of Cortex Moutan.
