黄芪多糖对大鼠损伤坐骨神经再生的作用研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的观察黄芪多糖(APS-P)对大鼠坐骨神经损伤后神经再生的影响。方法建立大鼠坐骨神经损伤模型,将雌性Wistar大鼠24只随机分为损伤对照组和实验组(黄芪多糖组)。实验组给予腹腔注射黄芪多糖20 mg/kg,对照组给予同体积生理盐水。1次/d连续给药28 d。分别于术后4,8,12周用电生理学、形态学方法评估坐骨神经再生和功能恢复情况。结果术后坐骨神经传导速度(MNCV)、有髓神经纤维数目在各时间点上黄芪多糖组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪多糖可以促进损伤神经的再生。 Objective To study the effect of Astragalus polysaccharides on nerve regeneration. Methods 24 female Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group and Astragalus polysaccharides group. Sciatic nerve injury model was set up. Then 20mg/kg of Astragalus polysaccharides were intraperitoneal injected every day after nerve injury for 28 days;the same volume of saline was injected to the control group. Electrophysiological, histological examinations and functional evaluation were used to assess nerve regeneration in 4,8,12weeks of operative intervals respectively. Results The recovery rate of sciatic motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV) ,numbers of myelinated nerve were significantly higher in Astragalus polysaccharides group in all the time points than those of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Astragalus polysaccharides has effect of promoting regeneration of injuried peripheral nerve.
