摘要
目的研究决明子不同清炒品中5种醌类成分含量的变化。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Sh im-packCLC-ODS C18柱;流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱;流速1 m l/m in;波长440 nm。结果该方法准确可靠,重复性好。结论清炒温度越高,决明子中游离蒽醌含量有变大趋势,结合蒽醌含量有变小趋势,总蒽醌含量变化不大。
Objective To study the content variety of anthraquinone in different Semen Cassiae fried without additional ingredients. Methods HPLC method was developed. The separation was performed on an ODS column with the mobile phase of CH3 OH -0.1% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1ml/min and the detection wavelength was 320nm. Results This method was convenient and reliable. Conclusion The temperature that fried without additional ingredients is more high, the content of the dissociative anthraquinones is more rich, the content of the associative anthraquinones is less, but the content of the associative anthraquinones changed little.
