摘要
目的研究竹节人参蛋白质提取最佳生产工艺。方法采用单因素和L9(34)正交实验,以竹节人参蛋白质得率为指标,考察了氢氧化钠溶液的浓度、用量、提取时间和提取次数对提取效果的影响。结果氢氧化钠浓度为0.15 mol/L,用量为样品体积的20倍,提取时间1.5 h,提取3次为最佳工艺。结论该工艺合理,重复性好,可为竹节蛋白质提取工艺的确定提供实验依据。
Objective To study the extraction process of protein from panax japonicas. Methods Use orthogonal design L9 (3^4), and take the protein rate as the index, definite the best condition of protein process, Results The best process condition was 0.15 mol/L Sodium hydroxide, 20 times amount of samples, the extraction time was 1,5 hours, had extracted 3 times. Conclusion - This process is the best and it can be used for extraction of Panax japonicus protein.
