摘要
目的探索从地骨皮中提取总黄酮的最佳工艺。方法以总黄酮含量为指标,应用正交实验,优化地骨皮总黄酮的提取工艺。结果总黄酮提取最佳工艺:75%乙醇,料液比1∶10,回流2 h,提取2次。结论该工艺简单易行,是提取地骨皮总黄酮物质的有效途径。
Objective To study and optimize the extraction procedure of the total flavonoids from Lycium barbarum L. Methods The orthogonal design was used with the content of flavonoids in Lycium barbarum L. as index. Results The optimized extraction procedure was ： 75 % alcohol with 1：10 solid liquid ratio, fluxing 2 h for 2 times. Conclusion The procedure is simple and feasible, and can also provide important theoretical basis for the exploitation of Lycium barbarum L. resources.
