摘要
目的研究青蒿多糖(HQG)的抗肿瘤作用。方法考察HQG的急性毒性实验,考察HQG对移植性肿瘤Eac,Heps,S180的抑制作用。结果HQG的急性毒性为347.769 8,HQG100 mg/kg剂量组对小鼠移植瘤Eac,Heps和S180的抑瘤率分别可达到51.19%,56.75%,46.41%。结论HQG的急性毒性小,HQG可显著抑制小鼠移植瘤Eac,Heps和S180的生长,具有明显的抗肿瘤作用。
Objective To study the effect of anti -tumor of polysaccharides from Artemisia annua L. (HQG). Methods Experiments of acute toxicity and inhibitory effect of HQG on Eac, Heps and S180 tumor cells were observed. Results The acute toxicity of HQG was 347. 7698mg/kg. The inhibitory rate of 100 mg/kg HQG was 51.19% of Eac, 56.75% for Heps and 46, 41% for S180. Conclusion HQG has low acute toxicity and can significantly inhibit the growing of Eac,Heps and S180 tumor cells.
