摘要
目的观察玉液汤对大鼠胰岛素抵抗的治疗作用并探讨其作用机制。方法用高热量饲料复制胰岛素抵抗大鼠动物模型,观察各组大鼠FBG,FINS,ISI等指标的变化。结果玉液汤高剂量组在改善大鼠FBG,FINS,ISI等方面都有显著的效果(P<0.01)。结论玉液汤对大鼠胰岛素抵抗有明显的治疗作用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yuye soup on insulin resistance in rats and its mechanism. Methods The diabetes model was established through high fat diet and the changes of FBG,FINS,ISI were observed. Results The Yuye soup could decrease FBG,FINS and improve ISI. Conclusion Yuye soup has protective effect on insulin resistance.
