正交实验优选二葛解酒颗粒的提取工艺研究

摘要 目的优选二葛解酒颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法,以葛根素含量为考察指标,比较不同乙醇浓度、溶剂用量及提取时间对提取效果的影响。结果最佳提取条件为10倍量50%乙醇,1.5 h/次,80℃回流提取3次。结论该工艺所得葛根素含量较高,稳定性、重现性好,可为二葛解酒颗粒的制备提供参考资料。 Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Ergejiejiu Granule. Methods Orthogonal test was carried out. The influence of solvent concentration, the dosage of solvent, and time of extraction on extraction results were investigated with the content of puerarin as index. Results The optimum extraction was described as follows:the concentration of alcohol was 50%, volume of alcohol was 10 times amount of raw herb,and the herb was extracted 3 times with 1.5 h and 80℃ for each time. Conclusion - High content of puerarin is obtained with the present technology. The method is stable and replicable and it can provide reference for preparation of Ergejiejiu Granule.
