灵芝胶囊大鼠长期毒性实验研究

Study on the Long Term Toxicity of Ganoderma lucidum Capsule to Rats

目的观察连续灌胃给予灵芝胶囊对大鼠产生的毒性反应。方法灵芝胶囊1.87,0.94,0.47 g/kg连续灌胃给药26周,给药结束时测试大鼠体重、尿液、血液学常规、血液生化、脏器系数及病理组织学变化。结果各剂量组大鼠发育正常,各项检测结果未见与用药相关的异常变化,主要脏器病理形态未出现毒性病变。结论灵芝胶囊长期连续灌胃未见毒性反应,长期服用安全。

Objective To observe the long term toxicity reaction of rats given Ganoderma lucidum capsule continuously. Methods Rats of three experimental groups were given Ganoderma lucidum capsule （ig）at doses of 1.87,0, 94,0.47 g/kg ·d^-1 for twenty - six weeks. The avoirdupois, urine, hematology,blood biochemistry, and ratio of viscera to body were measured. The major organs were examined by the pathology. Results The abnormity induced by Ganoderma lucidum capsule was not found in all results, and the pathological figures of major organs were normal. Conclusion There is no toxicity of Ganoderma lucidum capsule given to rats for long term ,indicating that it is safe to administrate Ganoderrna lucidum capsule continuously,
