桑树总生物碱分析方法与提取方法的探讨 被引量:10

摘要 目的研究桑树总生物碱的分析方法和提取方法。方法采用理化反应和薄层色谱对桑叶生物碱进行定性定量分析。通过对桑树生物碱成分的结构特征的分析设计提取纯化方法。结果发展了桑树生物碱的薄层色谱方法,给出了从桑叶、桑椹、桑白皮和桑枝中提取总生物碱的方法。结论薄层色谱-可见分光光度法可用于桑树总生物碱的定量分析,所提出的总生物碱提取方法具有可操作性。 Objective To study the analysis and extraction methods for total alkaloids (MTA) in mulberry. Methods Identifying reactions and thin - layer chromatography ( TLC ) for qualitative and quantitative analysis were adopted, and molecular structural characteristics for extraction and purification scheme design were deduced. Results TLC method and extraction method of Folium Moil, Fructus Moil, Cortex Moil and Ramulus Moil were developed. Conclusion MTA can be determined by TLC - VIS spectrophotometry. The preparation process of MTA in this article is practicible.
