摘要
目的建立RP-HPLC法测定马鞭草中乌索酸和齐墩果酸的含量。方法色谱柱为Nucleosil C18柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(88∶12,V/V),流速为0.8 ml/min,检测波长为210 nm,柱温25℃。结果乌索酸在0.458-4.109μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为98.1%,RSD=1.1%;齐墩果酸在0.156-1.389μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为101.7%,RSD=1.7%。结论方法快速简便、准确可靠,可作为马鞭草药材的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method for determining ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Verbena officinalis L. by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The separation was carried out on Nucleosil C18 column(4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5μm) with methanol - water (88: 12, V/V) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min and the detection wavelength was 210nm. The column was used at 25℃. Results Ursolic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.458 -4. 109 μg (r = 0. 999 7) and the average recovery was 98. 1%. RSD was 1. 1%, Oleanolic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 156 - l. 389μg (r =0. 999 6) and the average recovery was 101.7%. RSD was 1.7%.
