摘要
目的探讨干姜醋酸乙酯提取物的抗心律失常作用。方法分别用氯仿,乌头碱,哇巴因三种药物制备三种心律失常模型,观察干姜醋酸乙酯提取物对心律失常的拮抗作用。结果干姜醋酸乙酯提取物可降低室颤发生率,提高引起室性早搏、心搏停止的药物用量。结论干姜醋酸乙酯提取物具有一定抗心律失常作用。
Objective To investigate the antiarrhythmic effect of ethyl acetate extract of Radix Ginger（EAERG）. Methods The arrhythmic animal models were induced by chloroform, aconitine, ouabain, and the antiarrhythmic effect of EAERG was obsoued. Results EAERG could decrease the rate of ventricular fibrillation, and increase the drug doses in inducing arrhythmia. Conclusion EAERG has certain antiarrhythmic effect.
