补阳还五汤药浴对大鼠周围神经损伤再生影响的实验研究

目的研究补阳还五汤药浴对周围神经损伤后修复的作用。方法采用雌性Wistar大鼠90只,A组为补阳还五汤药浴组,B组为补阳还五汤口服组,C组为单纯端端缝合组,每组30只。造模采用大鼠坐骨神经横断损伤模型,造模成功后7 d起,A组大鼠放入补阳还五汤温热药液中游泳,隔日1次,5 min/次;B组用补阳还五汤制剂灌胃,隔日1次,3 ml/次;C组大鼠进行单纯端端缝合。3组均于术后6周取材进行电生理学、组织形态学观察。结果补阳还五汤药浴可以明显减少神经损伤后运动神经元和感觉神经元的死亡,防止支配肌肉的萎缩变性,促进损伤后功能的恢复。结论补阳还五汤药浴可以在神经元、损伤局部、终末效应器多个平面、多个角度对神经修复产生积极作用。

Results The Buyang Huanwu Decoction medicated bath could obviously reduce the death number of motor neurons and sensory neurons after nerve injury, prevent the atrophy and degeneration of gastrocnemius muscle and promote the functional recovery after injury, Conclusion The Buyang Huanwu Decoction medicated bath may play an active role in the nerve repair of neuron, damage region and ending effective apparatus from multiple facts,
