摘要
目的探讨小叶榕叶提取物中总黄酮的测定方法及其对羟自由基的清除能力。方法采用改进的铝盐显色分光光度法,在500nm波长下,NaNO2-AlCl3-NaOH为显色剂,常温显色。结果20 min内测定了小叶榕叶提取物中总黄酮的含量,回归方程为A=0.013 6C-0.003 1,RSD=1.44%,相关系数为0.999 7,加标回收率达到98.86%。结论该测定方法准确、可靠,结果令人满意;提取液总黄酮含量的增加,对羟自由基的清除能力也增强。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of total flavonone from Ficusmver carpalf and study its scavenging activity on hydroxyl radicals. Methods The flavonoids in Ficus m icroearpa L. f. were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at 500nm, Results The correlation coefficient of the stand curve was 0, 9997 and the relative standard deviation was 1.44%. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 40 -360μg · ml^-1. The average recovery rate was 98.86%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable; the total flavonoids have scavenging capacity on hydroxyl radicals in a dependent manner.
