摘要 目的探讨预防"非典"中药方对机体细胞免疫功能的影响。方法健康雄性、昆明品系小鼠30只,随机等分为3组:①A组(鲜芦根20 g,蝉衣10 g,僵蚕10 g,薄荷6 g,银花15 g,连翘15 g,生甘草5 g);②B组(升麻10 g,鱼腥草12 g,鹅不食草12 g,朱砂根9 g,鸭跖草12 g,桃仁6 g,紫金牛12 g,生黄芪10 g,冬虫草6 g,酸浆10 g,金银花15 g,板蓝根12g,淡豆豉6 g);③C组(溶剂对照组)。用方药100%水煎剂,每只小鼠体内给药(灌胃)0.5ml/次,2次/d,12 d,摘眼球取血,流式细胞仪计数A,B,C 3组小鼠的T细胞亚群(CD4+CD8-,CD8+CD4-,CD4+CD8+,CD4-CD8-);另取小鼠脾细胞作体外细胞培养,以ConA作为剌激物,用MTT法检测淋巴细胞的转化。结果A组CD4+/CD8+低于B、C两组(P<0.05),B、C两组间无差异(P>0.05);A组淋巴细胞转化值较B、C组低(P<0.05),B、C两组间无差异(P>0.05)。结论A方能抑制淋巴细胞转化,降低CD4+/CD8+,从而抑制细胞免疫功能。 Objective To observe the effect of SARS - prevent prescription on cellular immune function in mice. Methods 30 healthy female Kunming mice were randomly divided into 3 groups:①Group A was treated with traditional prescriptions A (20 g Phragmitis,rhizoma, 10 g Periostracum cicadae, 10 g Bombyx batryticatus, 6 g Mentha haplocalyx, 15 g Flos lonicerae, 15 g Forsythia suspense, 5 g Glycyrrhiza uralensis)100% apozem. ②Group B was treated with traditional prescriptions B( 10 g black cobosh root, 12 g heartleaf houttuynia herb, 12 g centipedae,herba, 9 g coral ardisia root, 12 g Commelina communis, 6 g peach seed, 12 g Japanese ardisia stem and leaf, 10 g astragali,radix, 6 g Cordyceps, 10 g Calyx physalis, 15 g Flos lonicerae, 12 g isatidis ,radix, fermented soybean)100% apozem. ③Group C was treated with sterile water as solvent control group. Each mouse took intragastrically 0.5 ml apozem or water respectively , Bid x 12 days. The blood samples were taken by picking eyeball and subgroup of T cells was counted by flow cytometry( CD4^+ CD8^- , CD8^+ CD4^- , CD4^+ CD8^+ , CD4^ -CD8^ - ). Spleen cells were taken out for cultivation in vitro, stimulated by conA, and the transformation of T lymphocyte was detected by MTT. Results ①The ratio of CD4^+ and CD8^+ of group A was lower than that of B and C groups significantly( P 〈 0.05 ) , there was no significance between group B and group C (P 〉 0.05 ). ②The transformation of T lymphocytes of Group A was lower than B and C groups significantly (P 〈 0.05 ), there was no significance between group B and group C (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion A prescription can suppress the transformation of T lymphocytes and lower the ratio of CD4^+ and CD8^+ , so it can suppress cellular immunity function in mice.
