Comparison of the Content of Total Flavonoids in Lycium barbarum L. from Different Regions of NingXia and Different Years

目的考察比较宁夏青铜峡、银川、中宁、固原1-7年生地骨皮总黄酮的含量。方法以芦丁为对照采用紫外分光光度法测定地骨皮药材中总黄酮的含量。结果中宁地骨皮总黄酮含量高,且随生长期的延长而增加。结论宁夏各地产不同生长期的地骨皮药材中总黄酮含量较高,但含量有较大差异。

Objective To determine the content of total flavonoids in Lycium barbarum L. one year to seven years old from Yinchuan, Guyuan, Qintongqia, Zhongning in Ningxia. Methods The content of total flavonoids was determined by spectroscopic methods with rutin as a standard. Results The content of total flavonoids in Lycium barbarum L. collected from Zhongning was high. Conclusion The content of total flavonoids in Lycium barbarum L. is high, and the difference of the flavonoid content in these samples is obvious.
