综述了药用植物大黄的有效成分大黄素的抗肿瘤作用及其机制,主要包括对血液、消化、呼吸、神经、生殖等系统的肿瘤细胞及肿瘤的作用,其机制主要包括抑制与肿瘤相关的血管生成,抑制肿瘤细胞的黏附,迁移和播散,负向调节PI3K/AKT信号通路等。

In this paper, the writer conducted a review of the literature to summarize the pharmacological effects on anti - tumor and its mechanisms of emodin extracted from rhubarb, including the effects to tumor cells and tumor of hematological system, alimentary system, respiratory apparatus, nervous system and genital system. The mechanisms involve in inhibiting tumor - associated angiogenesis ; inhibiting tumor cell adhesion, migration and dissemination; negatively affecting the phosphoinositide 3 - kinase/AKT signaling pathway.
