电网调度侧一次调频在线监测系统的开发与应用

Development and Application of On-line Monitoring System for Primary Frequency Modulation on Grids Dispatching Side

介绍并网运行机组一次调频功能的相关规定、控制回路、投运中存在的问题以及常规检测手段。针对常规检测手段在实时性和连续性方面的不足,提出电网调度侧一次调频在线监测系统的技术方案。该方案通过信号的接收监测、数据的分析处理等步骤,可实现电网调度侧对一次调频投运情况的在线监测及分析评价,并可以报表的形式输出,供调度人员参考。

This paper introduces relational criterions, control circuit,the problems in operation and conventional methods of detection for primary frequency modulation of units. Aiming at the insufficiencies of synchronization and continuity of conventional methods of detection, this paper puts forward a technical project of on - line monitoring system for primary frequency modulation on grids dispatching side. The project realizes online monitoring, analysis and evaluation of primary frequency modulation on grids dispatching side by the processes of receiving and inspecting of signal, analysis and process of data,etc, the reports are created automatically and it can be a reference to the personnel of grids dispatching department.
