超声辅助提取忽地笑中加兰他敏的工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的采用正交实验设计探讨超声辅助提取忽地笑中加兰他敏的最佳工艺。方法忽地笑鳞茎样品碱化后用醋酸乙酯超声辅助提取,用HPLC法测定加兰他敏含量。结果最优提取条件为:加入0.7ml 10% NaOH溶液碱化样品,在65℃,210W下提取3次,10min/次,共30min。结论超声辅助提取忽地笑中加兰他敏是一种简单、快捷、高效的提取方法。 Objective To study the ultrasound - associated extraction of galanthamine in Lycoris aurea by orthogonal design. Methods Galanthamine was extracted with ethyl acetate and determined by HPLC. Results The optimal ultrasound - associated extraction conditions was 0.7 ml 10% NaOH, extraction temperature 65℃, ultrasonic power 210W and extracting 3 times, 10 minutes each time. Conclusion The ultrasound - associated extraction method of galanthamine in Lycoris aurea is simple and efficient.
