分光光度法测定夏枯草中总黄酮的含量 被引量:28

摘要 目的研究可见光及紫外光分光光度法测定夏枯草中总黄酮含量的方法。方法可见光分光光度法是以芦丁为参照品,硝酸铝作显色剂,在510nm波长处测定总黄酮含量;紫外光分光光度法是以芦丁为参照品,在357nm波长处测定总黄酮含量。结果可见光法平均回收率为97.76%,紫外光法为99.10%,前者的RSD值是1.02%,后者的RSD值是0.88%。结论紫外分光光度法具有简便、快速、准确、经济的优点,是一种较理想的测定夏枯草中总黄酮含量的方法。 Objective To determine the total flavone content in Prunella vulgaris L. by VIS and UV Spectrophotometry. Methods The control sample of VIS Speetrophotometry was rutin,the revealing agent was AI( NO3 ) 3 and the analyzed wavelength was 510 nm. The control sample of UV Speetrophotometry was rutin and the analyzed wavelength was 357 nm. Results The average recoveries of VIS and UV Spcctrophotometry were 97. 76% and 99. 10% , the RSD were 1. 02% and 0. 88% respectively. Conclusion UV spectrophotometry is simple, rapid, accurate, economical and is suitable for content determination of total flavones in Prunella vulgaris L.
